Highly sensitive (multiplex-) assays using mesoscale discovery  

Our validated MSD QuickPlex SQ120 systems are frequently used for biomarker analysis – either using commercially available MSD kits or by developing assays from scratch, enabled by the expertise of our team, which has over a decade of experience with this platform.   

Free vs. bound soluble analyte analysis using Gyrolab 

Our validated Gyrolab systems (xPand and xPlore), are the preferred assay platform to evaluate free vs. bound soluble analytes since these systems enable short interaction times of samples, which also reduces matrix interference. Our well-trained Gyrolab team has extensive experience with this platform, and Nuvisan is the first (and currently only) Gyros Protein Technologies certified CRO in the EU. 

Classic ELISAs using Tecan reader systems

Our validated Tecan M200 pro plate reader systems allow us to measure assays with different modes of detection, e.g. colorimetric reaction or luminescence. The broad market of commercially available biomarker ELISA kits gives us the opportunity to test various setups on this platform and choose the most promising one.   

Flow cytometry with the added advantage of on-site clinics 

Using our validated FACSLyric systems with 12 colours, we can offer you services from standard immunophenotyping to highly complex functional assays in a regulated environment. Our integrated on-site clinics help us to streamline the entire process, from sample collection to data analysis, enhancing efficiency and turnaround time. By eliminating the need for sample transport, which is a common issue, especially for whole blood, and by providing immediate processing, we help ensure that your samples remain stable and intact, offering you the most accurate data possible.
