Metabolite discovery and analysis

Our platform provides end-to-end support for drug metabolite discovery, synthesis, purification and analysis.

 

Metabolite screening and synthesis

  • Screening: use of wild-type fungi, bacteria strains, human and bacterial CYPs in cells and isolated enzymes
  • Synthesis: late-stage diversification via chemical oxidations and glucuronidations
  • De novo synthesis: combining classical methods with modern techniques (photo- and electrochemistry).

 

Fermentation and scale-up 

  • Fermentation platforms:
    • 1–2 L Biostat B-DCU for optimisation
    • 5–100 L steel fermenters for scale-up
