We use ultra performance liquid chromatography mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS) for routine checks and quick reaction assessments, helping ensure timely results for your projects. Quick-service nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) measurements enable rapid determination of products, helping provide fast and accurate data. Our optical lab characterises optical rotation, UV/Vis and IR absorption of molecules. We also offer circular dichroism measurements, delivering comprehensive insights to support your research goals.

Our advanced laboratories provide fast, reliable and customised solutions to meet your research challenges:

  • NMR analysis: rapid automated measurements with 400-MHz instruments and advanced 2D analyses (e.g., HSQC, COSY, NOESY) on 500-MHz and 600-MHz machines with cryo-probe, including temperature-based studies help deliver detailed compound characterisation.
  • Mass spectrometry: high-throughput characterisation and plate-based purity quality checks, along with high-resolution mass spectrometry; we also support screening, fermenter processes and protein production in collaboration with our microbiological chemistry team.
  • Optical and special structure analysis: IR, UV/Vis spectroscopy, circular dichroism (ECD), and optical rotation, along with expert-guided structure enable elucidation of unknown compounds or metabolites. 


We offer full characterisation with batch verification supported by digitised systems (LIMS, ELN, Warehouse) for secure and seamless data handling. All services are provided on a fee-for-service basis and can be tailored to your specific needs.
