Optimise your molecule with our bioanalytical DMPK services, designed to provide high-quality quantitation of drugs and their metabolites in various biological matrices. Our laboratories offer a range of analytical techniques, including liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (LC–MS/MS), to quantify drugs such as protein-targeting chimeras (PROTAC®s), small molecules adhering to the extended rule of five, macrocycles, peptides and hormones. Additionally, we offer quantitative analysis of endogenous metabolites (biomarkers) as part of a targeted metabolomics approach in plasma, urine, tissues and other biological matrices.
