Comprehensive analytical tools and assays
We offer a comprehensive suite of analytical tools and assays for the characterisation and evaluation of novel LNPs and AAVs. These tools help evaluate in vitro delivery mechanisms, in vivo biodistribution patterns, tissue targeting efficacy and immune response dynamics of delivery systems.
Bioluminescence in vivo imaging
Our bioluminescence in vivo imaging technology enables noninvasive, real-time visualisation, monitoring and quantification of RNA delivery. By utilising luciferase as a reporter gene, we can assess the distribution and persistence of delivered RNA within living organisms.
hEPO (erythropoietin) ELISA
We use hEPO ELISA to detect and quantify targeted delivery to specific tissues or organs. By measuring the levels of hEPO in these tissues, we can assess the efficiency and selectivity of the delivery system in reaching its intended destination.
Detection and visualisation of delivered oligonucleotides
We offer combined detection and visualisation of viral- and LNP-delivered oligonucleotides. This includes copy number and expression analysis by qPCR or barcode sequencing, paired with detection of transgene expression at the cellular level by IHC, multicolour immunofluorescence and RNA in situ hybridisation (RNAscope).
State-of-the-art laboratories
Our state-of-the-art BSL2 in vitro and in vivo laboratories are accredited by the LAGeSo in Berlin, Germany, helping ensure high standards of safety and quality in our research and development processes.
