Our fully automated HCA setups, centered around three confocal Opera Phenix systems and one Operetta CLS system, are enabled to deliver more than 400,000 data points per day. Our scientists have the know-how to work with a wide variety of cells: fungi, and standard mammalian cell lines, up to stem cells and primary cells. We have successfully adapted the organoid technology for a range of indications to be handled in 384-well arrays, making them screening-compatible. Going beyond standard 2D models, we conducted successful screening campaigns with more than 400,000 compounds on 3D models or screens for RNA targets using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). Relying on software tools enabling multiparameter analysis in 2D, 3D, and 4D, our scientists have 20 years of experience in designing custom analysis pipelines that allow us to robustly score your phenotype of interest and find relevant hits for your target.
