Protein sciences
Protein production for structural biology is managed by our on-site protein science team, who design, express and purify constructs within the same research building. This proximity helps ensure no delay in delivering materials, allowing freshly produced proteins to be promptly used in structural biology experiments.

Macromolecular crystallography
Structure determination of your target protein with your compounds is achieved through approaches such as de novo determination, optimisation of literature targets and our proprietary Xrays2Go portfolio. Our in-house high-throughput crystallography (HTX) platform offers fragment screening, utilising both our proprietary library and your own collections, to identify starting points for optimisation.

Cryo-electron microscopy
Complementing our X-ray platform, our cryo-electron microscopy structure-determination services provide structural information for your challenging targets in complex with your compounds of interest. Our in-house sample preparation workbench and processing workflows interface seamlessly with regular access to state-of-the-art microscopes.

Fragment screening
Fragment screening (FS) is a proven method for identifying new chemical matter. We utilise biophysical and crystallographic methods to screen our proprietary library of ~2,000 fragments. Our tailored FS solutions are designed to fit your program's needs, guiding fragment growing or linking to optimise potency and selectivity. FS can also be combined with HTS for comprehensive lead-finding programs.

NMR
We use protein- and ligand-observed nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) methods to validate target engagement and characterise your chemical matter, enhancing confidence and guiding your drug discovery project. We also offer NMR-based fragment screening, from identifying initial fragment hits to confirmation and analog studies.
